Jake’s Place is a one of a kind male sober home in St. Paul, MN. We want our Residents to feel safe and comfortable, so they feel like they are really at home. Providing our residents with a clean structured living environment is a great setup that helps them achieve the ultimate goal: sobriety. What is unique about Jake’s Place is that our residents are given personal freedom and comfort in order to rehabilitate their lives on the journey to recovery. Because we want to help you succeed, no specific recovery time frame or exit date is enforced. We understand that all individuals are different, so the added pressure of a time limit for recovery is not something that we want to place on our residents. For added support, Jake’s Place has an on-site manager available throughout our resident’s stay.
Sober Home Room Options
This home has 3 three person rooms, 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 4 bathrooms with 3 showers. All rooms come furnished with a single bed, dresser and hanging area for your clothing. Linens are provided. Our on-site manager is available throughout resident’s stay. Prices listed below.
Three Person Room - $625/mo
Each three person room contains a three single bed, dresser and hanging area for clothing. Linens are available upon request.
Double Room - $800/mo
Each double room contains two single beds, dresser and hanging area for clothing. Linens are available upon request.
Single Room - $900/mo
Each single room contains a single bed, dresser and hanging area for clothing. Linens are available upon request.
Other Costs -
$425 sober deposit (refundable with successful six-month stay with 30 days notice.)
$25/mo house fund for products such as coffee, bread, milk, cleaning supplies, etc. Items that we share living as a group.

Placed on a double corner lot, Jake’s Place is a 5,000 square foot home that is only a 6-minute bus ride from downtown St. Paul, MN.
